Service That Left Us Asking
The spacious family room was a delight, providing ample space for our group. Breakfast offered a nice variety that kept our mornings pleasant.
Our arrival was marred by missing amenities, and we had to repeatedly call for towels and toiletries. This service was disappointing for a hotel claiming to be a four-star hotel.

The breakfast offered lots of food and was exceptionally good. The staff was helpful, they helped me with baggage. The hotel had a comfortable and ideal location very close to World Trade Centre. The venue itself was in a relatively quiet area, just off many tourist spots and HK airport and major sights.

Some parts impressed, others didn't
The suite room was impressively large, with two separate WCs for convenience. Located centrally, the hotel offers peaceful nights, with efficient AC and 24/7 hot water.
Regrettably, the breakfast options were unremarkable, with limited dishes available and no fresh bread at all. Staff handling the breakfast area seemed overwhelmed during peak hours.

15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in the old town. The staff are really helpful and ready to help if you need anything. The rooms are well-equipped and brand-new with a big bath, a king size bed, as for instance

I found the hotel pretty nice. The room was spacious and clean, which I really appreciated. I liked the cozy bed and the ample space around it. The bathroom had a separate shower area and a bathtub. The rooftop pool had an amazing view. I loved having the free mobile device for local travel. It made getting around super easy. The check-in and check-out process was quick, thanks to the friendly staff. One downside was the breakfast. It had a limited spread and was the same for both days I stayed. The taste varied too, disappointing. While the location was great with eateries nearby, I felt the cleanliness of some common areas, like the swimming pool, could be improved. A bit more variety in the breakfast menu would definitely enhance the stay. It was a comfortable stay, just a few tweaks needed to make it perfect.

Family should give it a shot
Check in was really fast, almost like they knew who I was, felt pretty good. The staff were polite, like real professionals, and they didn't just clean the room, they actually did it well, every single day.
Not inexpensive, but yeah, it was still acceptable.
